Pick a home site to start the process of building your new home or contact our Sales Team to view homes that have already been started or set up an appointment with our Sales Team to see completed new homes for immediate move-in. Your input and inspiration are the most important elements in the design phase. We have hired professional designers to provide you with selection packages as you make it your own. We will work together to build your home within the budget you establish.

Make an appointment with our Sales Team to view your favorite home sites, homes or have them assist you in selecting a floor plan. Visit our selection center to have our selections specialist go over the professionally designed packages. Not seeing a package that’s perfect for you? Mix and match from other packages to make it your own.

FINANCINGPre-Selections List Item 3
Start the home financing process. Once your plan is in place for the new home you’ve selected, it's time to start the process of obtaining your conditional approval for mortgage financing with a mortgage lender. Let our Sales Team assist you in the pre-approval process, if you haven’t already done so.

MAKE IT OFFICIALConstruction Drawings List Item 4
It’s time to sign the Sales Contract. Don’t forget your checkbook as Earnest Money Deposits will be required at this time.

QUALIFICATIONProposal and Contract
Secure your conditional qualification letter. You will need to gather the remaining required documents in order for your mortgage lender to finalize your Conditional Qualification Letter. Your mortgage lender will provide you a list of documents they need. Because our Quick Move-In homes are either nearing completion or are already complete, you will need to produce the mortgage lender required documents in a very timely manner.

ORIENTATIONLoan
Attend your homeowner orientation meeting. Your Construction Manager will meet with you in your new home shortly before your scheduled closing and give you lots of tips and tricks for home maintenance and walk you through our warranty documents. It is our goal at NewPhase Home Builders to assure that you are happy and comfortable in your new home. After the sale care is as important to us as any other part of the home building process and this will be the time to be certain that you understand the warranty process and know how to communicate your needs to us.

CLOSINGConstruction
The day has come! You are officially a new member of the Newphase Home Builders family! You will spend a few hours at the title company closing on your new home and then you will visit your Sales Consultant to pick up the keys to your new home. Congratulations and Thank You!
